Yes. The free plan includes multi-channel capture and instant notification. Signal analysis (Tier 1 intelligence) runs automatically on all plans. Enrichment (Tier 2) is available on paid plans. You can upgrade anytime.

What happens to inquiries when Consult and Engage launch?

If you're already using FirmFirst when Phase 2 launches, you'll get early access to Consult (Q2 2026) and Engage (Q3 2026) features. Your existing inquiries and data remain intact—new capabilities layer on top.

Do I need to use all four steps, or can I just use Respond and Evaluate?

Use what you need. Many solo attorneys start with Respond (capture + notification) and Evaluate (intelligence). Consult and Engage are optional workflows for firms that want end-to-end automation.

How does FirmFirst integrate with my existing website and practice management system?

Respond: Embed intake forms on any website (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, custom). Engage (Phase 2): Export client data to your practice management system or use API for automatic sync.
